About Len

Len Sykes is a graduate of North Carolina State University. He spent some twenty-five years in sales and sales management with several national corporations including Marriott and ServiceMaster before going into vocational ministry.

Len joined Dr. Ken Boa and Search Ministries in 1990 and later worked with Ken to form Reflections Ministries in 1995.

Len retired from Reflections at the end of 2018. Although he has retired from vocational ministry and will no longer be receiving financial support through Reflections, he will not be fully retiring from ministry. He will continue to meet with men one-one for mentoring and discipleship. He also offers Christian Life Coaching for men.

He and his wife Kristen reside in Stone Mountain, Georgia. They have two children and ten grandchildren. Len’s life purpose is: “To grow in intimacy with Jesus Christ and to share Him deeply with others so we will be conformed to His image to the glory of God.”
